Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 20261. Overview
Haptix is a non-custodial Web3 smart contract wallet engineered natively for Solana Mobile (Seeker) and passkey infrastructure powered by hardware-bound WebAuthn passkeys (NIST P-256). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.2. Information We Collect
Haptix collects ZERO personal data, analytics, or telemetry.- No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or device locations.
- No Keystroke or Activity Tracking: We do not track your browsing history or your interactions on decentralized apps.
- No Private Keys or Biometric Data: Passkey private keys are generated and stored exclusively within your device’s physical hardware enclave (Android Keystore / StrongBox / Titan M2, Apple Secure Enclave, Windows Hello, YubiKey). Biometric data (fingerprint or facial scan) never leaves your device and is never accessible to Haptix, smart contracts, or any backend server.
3. Local Storage Usage
The Haptix client stores strictly operational preferences locally on your physical device:- Enrolled public keys (P-256 raw 64-byte public key coordinates )
- Configured smart account addresses (PDAs)
- Network preferences (e.g., Solana Devnet, Mainnet)
- Session token thresholds and spending policy configurations
- Cached transaction receipts for your personal inspection
4. Network Requests & Third Parties
When you initiate an on-chain operation or view account balances, the client communicates directly with:- Public Blockchain RPC Providers: To read account balances and broadcast signed transactions directly to Solana validators or public paymaster nodes.
- Public Decentralized Oracles / Price APIs: To fetch token exchange rates (e.g., Pyth Network, Jupiter Price API).
5. Security of Your Data
Haptix is non-custodial. All operations are governed directly by open-source Anchor smart contracts deployed on the Solana blockchain. You maintain complete, mathematical ownership over your account.6. Open Source & Verifiability
The entire source code of Haptix is open source and available for public audit at: https://github.com/ritesh59697/haptix-mobile-app7. Contact & Privacy Inquiries
